Typepad blocked in China

What a surprise this morning when I found out that all typepad accounts in China or abraod are now blocked but thanks to proxies you can still have access to some interesting blogs.

My sister, Marie, 21, seriously ill

I never talk about my personal life on this blog but somehow I have to do so today. My younger sister, Marie, 21 years old, is in intensive care since Saturday, March 31st, 2007, 5 AM. Ten days prior to her hospitalization, the M.Ds tried to find what were the causes of her constant headache and high temperature (40 degres celsius) for the past 2-3 months. She had a scanner, blood testing, lumbar puncture (very painful!) (here in English) (here in French).

Since last saturday, in intensive care, she is under morphine. The M.Ds and neurologist finally found out what she has: thrombophlebitis (here in English) (here in French).

Not to mention that her life is in serious danger. The fatality is very high. At this stage, she has 50%  chance of survival with half of it with no damages.

I cross the fingers.

I have informed by phone and emails as much people (family and friends) wherever they are around the world. If I omitted some people, I feel sorry! This post shall inform you of the situation and you know how to contact me or my stepmother for more details.
